Zel pun dah tak leh organize dah... kenalah sukat2 sendiri....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Plan lain untuk program diet ni..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Nak g gym kat office (teruk kan... kat office dah ade dah gym..Tak nak pegi...rugi2)&lt;br /&gt;2. Nak park keta jauh2 sikit, pastu leh jalan kaki g ke office.. (yo yo ooo jek...dtg pun ngam-ngam choiii jek....camno nak park jauh? Mau tiap2 bulan kena show cause letter sbb sokmo2 datang lambat).&lt;br /&gt;3. Makan oat jelah (ada satu balang kat rumah sejak awal tahun hari tu tak bercuit.....boleh ker?? Hangat-hangat tahiiii....ayam... Ayam jugak yang kena..sori ek yam ek.....). Kalau tak keluar makan, tido.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, hari ni...kakak Director yang baik hati telah membawa kami ke restoran Wong Solo di Bangi....Makan nasi ayam penyet.... (setelah menangis-nangis nak itot!...nak itot! kakak director pun malas nak dengar kami punya tangisan yang mendayu-dayu itu, jadi kami dibenarkan ikutlah juga.....)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Niat di hati tak nak order nasi tapi dah tu je yang ada...makan jelah... Bukan apa...pagi tadi mmg dah bangun lambat sebab kepala ni pening dan sakit.. Mungkin tak cukup tidur kot sebab si kecik pagi tadi dalam kul 5 kejut , minta buatkan susu..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tengok-tengok sampai office kul 8.03am. Eh...ingat lagi lambat...Oklah tu kan...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, nak bgtau semalam dengan jayanya dah tak makan nasi.... even sebutir nasi pun tauuu...... Tapi makanan lain, banyak juga yang dimakannya...&lt;br /&gt;Tengahari, makan sayur kobis dan ikan kembung sweet sour.&lt;br /&gt;Malam , makan lauk2 jek... ngan hirup tomyam ayam....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oklah kan bila baru nak mula balik ni.. Air masak adalah dalam 1.5 liter.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pagi tadi,lalu kat cafe....Tetiba lak nampak kuih lopes...oklah tu...nak makan tapi tak nak yang berat2 sangat... Tapi pulut ngan kuah gula tu ok ker untuk diet?? Takpelah...dah ngidam...Oppssss...jangan buat spekulasi yek.. makcik tak ngandung...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gambar kuih ngan kopi O tu, nanti makcik masukkan sbb kabel lak tak bawak... (aci tak?? oklah tu...first day). Minum susu anlene... Yang dlm bekas tu oat.. tu smlm punya.. so, hari ni oat takde... makan biskut jek...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then kat2 kul 12 tadi, g cafe, nengok lauk...takde yang berkenan sangat..tp amik jugaklah... ikan kembung masak sweet sour sekor dan satu bekas sayur kobis..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Air stkt tengahari tadi br je 200ml... Sikit punya sikit.....&lt;br /&gt;Ok...tu je buat masa ini...takde mewah mana makan... cuma nak cr feel je , dlm 99 HTN ni, brp kali berjaya menahan godaan..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Berat nantilah timbang.. dr hari ke hari nak beli timbang, ada je yang tak puas hati... Tapi alhamdulillah...semuanya boleh ditangani....apa yang boleh buat Lia tahan ye godaan nasi ni...wpun sblm ni, Lia mmg tak leh kalau sehari tak makan nasi....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bwh ni, Lia listkan...apa yang buat Lia tahan samapi skrg tak makan nasi...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) Masuk pertandingan dengan akak... So, dia tak makan nasi lagi, takkan kita nak melantak pulak....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) teringat kata-kata husband... Lia ni yg jenis cakap tk serupa bikin...nak kurus tapi usaha takde....kata lepas bersalin yang sulung, nak kurus...tp dh masuk yg ke 3 sama jek... so, kali ni nekad...sampai dia pulak kata kita nak menyeksakan diri....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3) nak sihatlah.... sblm ni main mkn jek.. konon makan nasi sikit....tp idaknya...makin bertambah adalah.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4) hmpir ramai kawan2 dan family tau, yang kita masuk pertandingan ni...dr mak mertua, ipar duai...semua tahu kita masuk 99HTN ni...takkan nak bg malu muka sendiri beb......kita tak bgtau, tapi diaoanrg pelik...kenapa time makan nasi, kita makan lauk jek..kat kedai makan, kat rumah...even g rumah diaorang pun perasan yang kita tak makan nasi....amik nasi, tp diaorang perasan yang nasi tu tak masuk pun mulut kita...masuk mulut anank2 jek...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5)nak buktikan kepada diri sendiri....boleh je tak makan nasi... sbb kita dr kecik, mmg nasi adalah makanan ruji....dr sekolah rendah ke sekolah menengah ke u...nasi .....memanjang....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tu jelah yg mmbuatkan Lia dan akak kuat semanagat wpun berat tak mau turun-turun..... HUWAAAAA.......... Maaf..agak lama menyepikan diri.. sibuk dengan urusan anak masuk darjah 1.. Tercangok kat sekolah 2 hari tu.. adohai...mmg meletihkan... tapi takpe....untuk 2,3 hari jek..Lama -lama biasalah....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hari ni pulak terlewat bangun..Pukul 7am..apa lagi...macam lipas kudung.. nak menyiapkan sarapan lagi..nak bangunkan yang lagi 2 orang tu lagi... nak siapkan diri sendiri.. masuk lak sekolah agama kul 7.30am.. Sampai2 sekolah bebudak dah beratur..tp ada jugaklah yang 2,3 orang baru sampai tu.. Kira oklah.. Ingat kali ni nak tukar ke pukul 8 lah masuk office. Ok ke tak ek? Agak3 kelamkabut lagi tak?? Hahahaha...sbb nak tak nak kena jugak keluar before 7.30am. samapi rumah makcik tadi dalam kul 7.50am. Ada sepuluh minit nak ke office.. Tapi kalau gitu gaya mmg lmbt.. Dah tu balik kg, lagilah tumpuan diberikan kepada percutian semata-mata...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold; color: rgb(51, 255, 51);"&gt;Ok, hari ke 47 (Khamis) :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;BF:&lt;/span&gt; Roti + milo O&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;Dinner:&lt;/span&gt; Mee hoon sup ayam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; color: rgb(51, 255, 51);"&gt;Hari ke 48(Jumaat) : Bertolak balik ke kg pada pukul 6.45am.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;BF:&lt;/span&gt; Roti bun 2 ketul + air oren&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;Lunch :&lt;/span&gt;Lauk -pauk (ikan bawal masak sos thai + sayur kangkung belacan)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;Dinner :&lt;/span&gt; Lauk-pauk (sama seperti di atas)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(51, 255, 51);"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Hari ke 49 (Sabtu) &lt;/span&gt;: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hari yang amat mencabar ketabahan diri. Kenduri kawen di rumah kakak ipar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Bf:&lt;/span&gt; Sandwich tuna ( 2 keping) + air milo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Lunch :&lt;/span&gt;Nasi amik jugak , tapi suapkan anak. Kita makan lauk-pauk jek.. Sedap...&lt;br /&gt;Paceri nenas&lt;br /&gt;Acar buah&lt;br /&gt;Ayam masak merah kot..&lt;br /&gt;Daging lombu.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Dinner:&lt;/span&gt; Punyalah banyak lauk.Ratah smpai kekenyangan betul...Alhamdulillah...&lt;br /&gt;Sayur chap chai&lt;br /&gt;Kerabu magga&lt;br /&gt;Udang masak sambal petai&lt;br /&gt;Sotong goreng dengan sayur kacang..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; color: rgb(51, 255, 51);"&gt;Hari ke 50 (Ahad) : 20 Disember 2009&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;Bf:&lt;/span&gt;Mee goreng, roti cicah daging lembu kenduri smlm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Balik ke KL semula tapi akak dah siap bekalkan bekalan nak makan tengahari nanti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;Lunch : &lt;/span&gt;Ratah lauk-pauk.Kerabu mangga , sayur chap chai dan ayam goreng seketul..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;Dinner :&lt;/span&gt; Masak rendang ayam , ikan bakar dan nasi putih. Lia ratah ayam seketul jek. Ingat nakam makan lagi tapi dah kepenatan sgt terus tertidur....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; color: rgb(51, 255, 51);"&gt;Hari ke 51 (Isnin) - Hari untuk bekerja semula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;"&gt;Bf:&lt;/span&gt; Roti bun coklat 2 ketul + air teh o lemon suam.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;Lunch:&lt;/span&gt; 1 1/2 ekor ikan bakar +air asam&lt;br /&gt;Husband datang n dating...Hehehehe..&lt;br /&gt;Makan dengan husband di street Mall, Cyberjaya. Mmg marvelles betullah air asam dia... Nanti nak korek2 resipilah....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;Dinner: &lt;/span&gt;Mee hoon goreng yang mmg tak pedas langsung.. (hahaha....dhsyatlah pulak ayat tu...)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, ststik dengan 2 keping jek biskut tadi dan minum air masak... Hr ni dh kurang sikit ke toilet sbb hari ni cukup 1.5 liter je air... smlm dapatlah jugak 2.5 liter.. hr ni kurang satu liter.. HAH!!.. Sepatutnya kena lagi bertambah... camno tuh.... :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;OK, petang amik anak.. Try masak ayam diet...amik dr resipi sape ek.. Lupa pulak... dan masak mee hoon goreng untuk anak2 dan maknya sekali.. huwaaaa......&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sepinggan penuh gak melantak...lapar beb.. !! Suap anak satu, mak 2 sudu.. anak satu, mak 3 sudu.. huwaa... (nangis lagi)......&lt;br /&gt;Lepas mee, makan pulak ayam diet... tak hbs, cmpur ngan mee esok bw bekal ke tmpt keje....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;OK, done.. Oppss...petang lepas amik bebudak sebelum masak, makan roti bun coklat seketul...&lt;br /&gt;Air masak jek... Smlm mmg takde air manis at all.... Apa yang dapat disimpulkan bahawasanya 3 DDP tu tidak jalan sbb makcik rasa makcik tak leh follow Flo punya menu tu sbb tak tahan beb.... heheh..Flo mmg kuat semangat betul...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Salute Flo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Semalam semangat beli lemon..dah tu pagi ,lupa pulak nak bw ke ofis. Last2 minum air masak jek. Skrg ni br je nak 1.5 liter . Makan epal sebiji pagi then pukul 10 gitu, makan pulak buah lai. Tp perut x tahan beb.Smlm makan detox t, jadi mlm tadi memang mebunag jek... Tapi mana nak tau,kan...kalau leh kurang jugak 3kg dlm 3 hari ni... Kepala pening sbb mlm tadi anak tak brp nak tidur jadi maknya pun tak berapa nak tidur jugak...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Selamatlah jugak pekena roti canai telur separuh (bhg dengan anak):) dan air limau suam.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tgklah kalau tghari leh makan buah jek ngan malam nanti...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*************************************************************************************&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ok..menu untuk lunch pulak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingat nak makan buah je tp kawan pulak ,sian makan sorang2 ..g lah temankan dia jugak.. Last2 Lia amik sayur sawi semangkuk. kena charge RM1.00. So, boleh agaklah ye bnyk mana sayur tu...hhihihi...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pukul 3.00pm , cam laparlah pulak.. nak makan biskut kacang.. ooo..cannot...tengah detox ni. hehehe...so, makan buah lai seketul...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tadi g membuang pulak, kesan makan bancuhan air detox semalam. Tak bnyk....&lt;br /&gt;Air sempatlah minum 1.5 liter je. Tengah nak menghabiskan sebotol lagi 1.5l ni haa....&lt;br /&gt;Gambar takde sb hp makcik tu tak reti nak adjust, transfer dan yg sewaktu dengannya...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sekian laporan sehingga pukul 4.00pm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner kita tengok nanti yek.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;********************************************************************************&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner pulak..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Susah jugak dh jadi mak orang ni ek. Lia makan coney dog (ni separuh) + air A&amp;amp;W (tu pun separuh gelas).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Malam, ada lagi balance kuah sup ayam tu, Lia masak bubur pulak untuk dinner husband dan anak2. Dalam pukul 4 gitu. Husband awal2 dah suruh balik awal sebab budak2 dia yang jaga... Makcik minta cuti sbb dia pun nak balik beraya di Melaka.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dalam kul 5.30 gitu, Lia sampai rumah. Tengok rumah takde ape2 pun  tak siap kemas lagi..Dengan budak2 yang terjerit2 sbb Lia dah balik. Aik...abang ni nak balik ke tak ni?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Biar jelah dulu... Pastu malam tu, dia keluar kejap. Ada appointment katanya.. ISh... jadi ke tak balik ni?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Last2 nak dipendekkan cerita, kami tak jadi balik ke mana-mana sbb husband kata jalan jammed teruk... So, pagi raya tu kami makan...roti di sapu dengan peanut butter sahaja...sbb brg2 takde ape kat rumah... Mak dengar pun kesian kat kami.... hehehe...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Husband suruh siap2 pastu g rumah makcik yang ade kat Bangi tu jugak.. So,kitaorang langkah kananlah jugak.. Diaorang hidang nasi himpit dan lauk-pauk... Nak cover punya pasal, Lia yang suap anak2 Lia... Yang 6 tahun tu pun , Lia yang suapkan.... Nak cover yang kita tak makan nasi2 tu, amik lauk jek...Budak2 tu yang habiskan nasi2 tu....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Malam tu pulak, husband ajak g rumah makcik dia di Wangsa Maju.. Dia masak dinner lak.... Nasi putih dan lauk2.. Still guna taktik yang sama... Budak2 ni pulak dah sekerat jalan kata dah kenyang..  Nasi bnyk lagi kat pinggan tu... cmna nak buat?? Paksa jugak...Siap ugut lagi...kalau tak nak makan, Ummi tak nak belikan mainan...hahahah... kejam betul tp nak cover punya pasal, terpaksa.. Husband dah gelak2....Dia mmg tak nak bertanggungjawab... So, pagi tadi sahur roti wheatmeal 2 keping spread ngan penut butter. Air oren...Lepas makan je terus g toilet.. Hehehe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sebenarnya nak makan dengan tenang.. Tapi terlajak..husband dah tolong kejutkan sbb dia balik dr keje smlm lewat....Adalah dlm kul 4am kot dia kejutkan... Terlelap jap..tengok 2 jam dah pukul 5.40am. Kelam-kabut makcik.. Ape yang ade jelah yang sempat di makan..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, skrg ni makcik dah pening2..Actually dr kul 11 pagi tadi lagi.. Dah lah dah lama tak pose, tu lah pasal...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kul 4, sape yang menyambut raya Aidiladha ni leh balik. Lagi 8 minit Lia nak balik... dan kemas2 ape yang patut untuk balik beraya ke Terengganu... Bagi canlah kat husband sbb tahun lepas raya 2,2 kat Johor... So, kali ni 2,2 kat Terengganu pulak... Sebab terlupa bw roti wheatmeal yang dah dibungkus atas meja... Ingat nak makan roti je..dah tertinggal....terpaksalah makan pasta... hahaha....pasta tu jgn marah...ditambah pula dengan sambal kerang... woa weaa.....marvellous.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Opsss...before that... sebelum g keje tadi, amik sebungkus Cloud 9 budak2 ni.. Daripada diaorang makan whc is tak elok utk gigi sgt...sbb manis...baik maknya makan dulu... hahahaha..... So, dah sumbat dulu seketul Cloud 9.&lt;br /&gt;Kat ofis, srpan pasta + sambal kerang ... Kul 10 baru ni, buat air teh satu mug besar.... :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nanti tengahari , makan lagi.. Tenghari makan laksa assam + air suam dan malam , masak ikan kukus + ayam goreng tepung KFC.&lt;br /&gt;Geram gak tengok nasi yang dah masak utk budak2 tu.. sedapnya makan panas2 dengan ayam goreng dan jugak ikan kukus... Tapi tahan..... dah lama tahan makan nasi, takkanlah dengan ayam seketul dan ikan kukus tu leh hbs diet makcik....Oh...No No...No....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tengahari tu, makan di Kelab Komuniti Cyberjaya... Order laksa assam..Lambat gila order sampai.. Geng pregnant lak makan ayam masak rempah, sayur kobis lemak dan sambal belacan... Aduh..terliur2 Lia menengoknya.. Yelah..kalau laksa tu dah sampai, lainlah jugak... ni tengah menuggu tu, dia lak kata sedap betul lauk kali ni... aduh...lagi tergugat...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sabor Lia... You can do it.. Lepas 20 minit menuggu, br laksa sampai dan makan ak toleh kiri kanan.. Tapi cam sikitlah pulak... Sampai office, cr lagi mknan lain.. Ada cheese cake lak atas meja tu... Slurp...habis.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Petang lak ada talk dan disediakan makanan... Pasta goreng,kuih seri muka and teh tarik....&lt;br /&gt;Best pulak pasta dia tu..Ingat nak tambah....tapi kontrol diri beb... Takkanlah nak rosakkan diet tu pulak.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, stkt itu jek.. Malam tu yang plan ngan kawan nak masak ikan kukus..Siap tengok dlm web lagi..Ikan kukus yg sedap... tapi buat sempoi jek...n anak2 kata sedap.. Gambar nak paste tapi handphone lak yang tinggal... Mak aiii... dahsyat betul... smlm kemain ramai yang tegur tengah pregnant tapi hr ni ada lak yang tegur dah nampak kurus sikit... sikit ye tak bnyk.. ntah betul ke idak tak taulah...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Semangat gak nak pergi timbang tapi di fikir2 balik.. Nasi mmg tak makan tapi benda lain kemain dahsyat makan, takkan turun pulak berat.. hehehe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, menu hari ni..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BF:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 keping roti wheatmeal&lt;br /&gt;air milo 3 ( milo 3 sudu) + no sugar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sekor ikan keli&lt;br /&gt;Sayur kobis goreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tea-time:&lt;br /&gt;Rawa durian (petang2 buat rawa durian pulak.. lepas dengar talk tadi..burp...alhamdulillah)&lt;br /&gt;Air teh tarik secawan...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tak tau lagi sbb sekarang ni br pukul 5.20. Nak uruskan anak2 sblm pergi kerja. Husband outstation malam tadi dan akan balik semula hari Isnin nanti... alahai... Lambat betul masa berlalu..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tapi dalam masa 5 hari ni, Lia nak usaha sungguh2 supaya balik nanti husband 'terpana' dengan kekurusan wife dia.. Hahahaha.....Boleh ke dlm 5 hari terus kurus? Nak turun sekilo pun berbulan-bulan.... Kalau dulu, 5 hr pun kkdg x keluar dn terpaksa minum detox bagi melancarkan perjalanan usus-usus perut...Alhamdulillah....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sampai sekarang Lia tak timbang2 lagi... adalah timbang guna scale yg salah tu...tp yg tu x leh dipercayai sbb timbang tu sentiasa ke angka 65. Orang lain naik pun 65 juugak....takkan berat semua orang sama,kan...hahahah.... So, kami dikira agak ter'putus' hubungan dengan dunia luar...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then, tadi dah amik gmbar timbang kat Tesco.. bayar doposen hokey.....husband pelik..kenapa nak amik gmbr bagai....bgtau jelah kat Zel..... dia tak faham lagi syarat2 nya sebab dia segan...dia yang kena amik gmbr tu pakai henpon dia..balik2 rumah, takde kabel pulak....bluetooth lah kami.. transfer dr tepon dia ke tepon Lia....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bila Lia nak transfer pulak, kabel Lia p-ulak buat problem... (tak reti pakai sebenarnya)..lebih dr sejam menggodek2..,akhirnya dapat....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pastu, td komputer ni pulak buat hal...hang...memanjang.....nak masukkan gamabr je terus 'hang'....sabo jelah... Harapnya lepas ni oklah...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oklah..bnyk dh merepek ni... Ni gmbr Lia yang terbaru..sehingga ke hari ini... Badan tak sedaplah....peot...hehehehe...&lt;br /&gt;Lagipun hari ni anak Lia ada konvo (tadika) kat sekolah dia. Saja nak bagi dia happy2...&lt;br /&gt;Start konvo pukul 8. husband dah belikan sarapan sebelum nak pergi ke sekolah.....untuk mengelakkan lapar...Tapi alahai....husband beli semua berasaskan beras.. Kalau keras, jadi nasilah,kan...Kalau lembik, jadi bubur... Jadi semua tak boleh... ni yang husband beli...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Soto ( nasi himpit)&lt;br /&gt;Lontong ( nasi himpit)&lt;br /&gt;Bubur nasi...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Semua ada nasi...so, makanlah lagi 2 keping roti + peanut butter (selagi tak hbs peanut butter ni...selagi tulah....srpn ngan peanut butter... :)&lt;br /&gt;Husband suruh makan je bubur tu.. dia kata takpe...bukannya berat sangat....oh...no.no..no...nasi jugak tu... so, terselamatlah dr godaan husband yang nak suruh makan nasi tu... (agaknya dia kesian kot sbb Lia dah pre 99 HTN nasi tu dh 5 hari..campur pulak ngan 3 hari ni ...8 hari makcik tak makan nasi... Ahad 1 Nov.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast:&lt;br /&gt;2 keping roti + peanut butter&lt;br /&gt;Air teh&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pukul 11: Roti canai sekerat + air sirap limau setengah gelas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch pukul 3: Alamanda&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Laksa yang paling tak sedap..... kuah rasa cam singgang pun ada.. Siap ada taugeh dalam laksa!!!! Semalam dengan jayanya tapi makan banyak kalilah...sebab lapar...Petang balik kerja je, perut masuk angin.. Tapi takpe...kena berusaha untuk membiasakan diri dengan cabaran nanti. Tak turun banyak pun takpe, yang penting sihat dan takde lebihan-lebihan lemak di pipi,punggung, perut, peha dan seumpama dengannya.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ok..untuk semalam, di bawah ni adalah makanan-makanan yang telah masuk di dalam perut... tp ada setengahnya belum dibuang.... so, berat tu still maintain lagi kot.. hihihi...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast:&lt;br /&gt;Jemput-jemput ikan bilis (sebekas kecil - adalah dlm 10 ketul..hahahaha...bnyk jugak tu..cicah ngan sambal ikan bilis)&lt;br /&gt;Air teh - gula 3 paket kecil sbb pahit sangat tehnya.. (bnyk tul gula...tidak sihat..)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch:&lt;br /&gt;Meehoon sup ayam&lt;br /&gt;Karipap - 1 bj&lt;br /&gt;Air suam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Minum petang:&lt;br /&gt;2 biji karipap -balance yang tadi. Beli 5, bg kawan 2.&lt;br /&gt;Air suam ( 1 tumbler sederhana)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner:&lt;br /&gt;1 mangkuk yong tau fu (beli kat kedai depan rumah tu jek).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So,kesimpulannya...makanan smlm tak tau lah banyak yang berkhasiat atau tidak... Main tibai jek asal tak makan nasi.. Tapi minyak, gula...semua tibai...hahahaha&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;Hari ke 2 (hari nilah)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Breakfast:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 bekas yong tau fu (balance smlm). Nak kata bekas kecik tak kecik, besar tak besar....&lt;br /&gt;Air milo tanpa gula dan krimer tp milonya...3 sudu... adoiii.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Lunch:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Tak tau lagi ..sbb skrg pun br pukul 9... Bos kata nak belanja. Dah katanya belanja..kenalah tibai yang best2... Tunggulah keputusannya nanti... :) (Semua tak jadi..Cancel last minute sbb kawan yang nak pergi sekali tu takde...so, cancel).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;G ke MMU, pekena Mee Jawa..wpun makcik ni ada keturunan Jawa, tapi sepatah hape perkataan jawa makcik tak tau.. tapi yg pasti mee jawa makcik tu mmg sedap.... !!!. Ingat nak beli timbang digital tu. Harga 69.90 tapi cam dah tak elok je sbb terbuka-bukaBeli roti yang nam posen tu,nak bagi anak. Kita pulak yang tibai... Singgah beli tomyam dengan sayur kailan sbb abah ada kt rumah. Makcik tak masak tp makcik kena sediakan makanan untk diaorang,kan...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 cawan besar air soya.&lt;br /&gt;pukul 12 tgh mlm, bangun cr makanan. Hahahaha...
